HOME The Walsh Island Shamrocks is a midland leauge team situated in Offaly.Our home ground is Carty Park where we play our home games and also train. We were established in 1992 and are so named after the Shamrocks team of the 70s. Our club colours are red and black stripe. There is a lot of history here from back when the club was regarded as one of the smaller clubs,but with a little bit of hard work and a loyal group of supporters has brought our club a long way and helped us achieve what we have to date. Earlier this season we completed work on our new club house facilities which now boast both home and away dressing rooms both with hot shower's and also a refree's changing room also fitted with a shower.All this effort is to ensure that all who come to the club will be made feel welcome and feel as comfortable as possible during their visit. We regard ourselves as a proud and hard working team who put 100% effort into everything we set about doing.We hope that our loyal supporters will continue to come and give us encouragement from the sidelines on match days and we will continue to give 100% and make them proud.
